Rules of Self-Wash
Rules of using our Self-Wash:
* Bather Box price includes 1 gallon of Shampoo & 1 Gallon of Conditioner. (Any ADDITIONAL gallon is an extra $10.00)
* No Hair cutting of any kind or Nail Clipping allowed in self-wash. (If you need nails done, our front staff will be more than happy to do them for you)
* No Human Food or Drinks allowed
* Dogs MUST be KEPT on leash until hooked up into the tub/drying station to help prevent any run ins with other dogs that may not be as friendly.
* Dogs must be flea & tick FREE. NO open sores.
* No dogs allowed into self-wash that have been sprayed by a skunk. (We do carry Skunk soap you can purchase and use at home if needed)
* No standing IN or ON the tubs, steps, ramps or drying stations for safety reasons
* Staff is NOT able to help pull, push or lift your dog into the tub. (They can however bring treats in to help entice them to go in. We do also have a ramp we can put onto the tub to help older dogs that can't climb as well)
* Dog parents are responsible for cleaning any BATHROOM incidents.

Self-wash stations Saturday & Sunday stop at 6 PM
Mondays & Tuesdays Self-washes stop at 7 PM
Wednesdays-Fridays: Stops at 8pm

For an even more professional touch, three of our tubs are equipped with a professional Bather Box Bathing System. This advanced system allows you to choose between three shampoos and a conditioner right at the tub. The bather box precisely blends the exact amount of cleaning product needed, efficiently cutting through dirt and oil so bath time takes a fraction of the time of hand washing. Plus, the non-recirculating system assures fresh, clean water for every wash. We have quite a few options such as our Oatmeal & Aloe, Dirty Dog, Coat Brightening, Hot spot relief, Hypoallergenic & more!

De-shed with Bather Box

This option allows you to use a De-shed Shampoo & Conditioner, ear and eye cleaning wipes, teeth wipes, washcloth, super-absorbent towels, FURminator de-shedding tool, an air dryer that is safe and effective for your dog in our separate drying area. While de-shed shampoo is not intended to replace regular brushing of your dog’s coat, it offers some benefits beyond helping to reduce the amount of hair your dog sheds. De-shed shampoo contains active ingredients that work together to moisturize and protect the skin and promote a healthy coat.

Everything your pet needs, provided.
We equip you with everything you need for a thorough and pleasant wash. When you come in for a self-wash, we provide high-quality soap, brushes, soft towels, and a dedicated drying station. We also include convenient teeth, ear, and eye wipes to complete your pet’s spa day. While you are more than welcome to bring your own favorite soap and brushes, please note that we do not allow any grooming services to be performed in the self-wash station, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone.

Our self-wash stations are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Experience our beautiful, waist-high, fiberglass New Breed bathtubs, engineered to make bath time fun and convenient for both you and your pet. An innovative opening in the tub allows your dog to simply step up and in, eliminating the need for heavy lifting. We provide a protective apron for you, along with shampoo, conditioner, towels, washcloth, and ear, teeth and eye wipes for your furry friend. Best of all, you leave the mess behind. We take care of the cleaning and sanitize after every use using a high quality cleaner to help prevent kennel cough, parvo, covid, etc., Our friendly team members are always available to assist you, because at Pet Central Station, it isn’t just about bathing your dog; it’s about providing a safe, comfortable, fun environment to turn a chore into a delightful dog’s day out!
